Ian focuses on developing and delivering the growth agenda, having worked in private equity and delivered M&A in a series of public and private companies including Elementis and Cable and Wireless.
Ian holds a degree in Economics from Churchill College, Cambridge, is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW. He is also a professional coach.

David has been involved in financial restructuring and turnaround since the 1990's working with both listed businesses and private equity investors. His career includes time spent in M&A, commercial management and as a financial restructuring partner of Deloitte in London. He now undertakes roles as Board Advisor, Chairman or Independent Director for UK-centric businesses.
David holds a degree in Economics from Churchill College, Cambridge, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
